My Traveling Friends do you struggle with being your most authentic self? Did you know that you are not alone and that most of the people in the world struggle with being their most authentic self.
For many years I too struggled with being my authentic self, and it almost killed me. I decided to make some changes, which involved me understanding why I was choosing to not be my most authentic self. And the journey of reflecting and healed lead me to becoming a certified general life coach. I now help others understand why they are choosing not to be their authentic self, and work towards allowing the real them to shine in this world.
